Exciting Loyalty Schemes from SALONGENIUS
SALONGENIUS who have been supplying the Irish market for the past 14 years are very excited by the release of Version 11 of their popular Salon Management Computer System. Salons these days are looking for more and better ways of increasing Client Loyalty. They are looking for ways to offer clients bonus loyalty points instead of the usual treatment discounts. With this in mind, SALONGENIUS have decided in Version 11 to concentrate on extending their already very popular Client loyalty schemes. Bonuses can now be automatically allocated to clients who meet certain criteria – such as High Fliers bonuses, Early Bird bonuses and Birthday Bonuses. Purchases of Products or Treatments which are ‘on promotion’ will also automatically trigger allocations of Loyalty points. Period Multipliers have been introduced whereby ‘Double or Treble Points’ schemes can be introduced for limited periods of time.
Statistics prove that a personal referral is at least 10 (TEN) TIMES more powerful than any combined marketing / advertising effort a Salon embarks on. With this in mind, SALONGENIUS have also introduced a ‘Recommend a Friend voucher scheme. After the Client pays their bill at reception and the receipt is printed out, a second receipt or voucher prints out automatically. The Client gives this voucher to a friend, the friend visits the salon and the system automatically gives them a ‘recommend a friend’ discount. Not only that, but the next time the Client comes back into the salon, the system recognises that she has recommended a friend and gives her a predetermined discount or bonus loyalty points allocation.
