The Heart of a successful Salon is the Appointment System. It is essential that the Appointment System is a simple to use interface to ensure appointments are taken with maximum efficiency. The SALONGENIUS Appointment System displays clear and concise information regarding client name, service, operator etc. The day sheet can be used as a quick reference when looking for available Appointment slots. Also displayed on the day sheet is a ‘percentage busy’ figure at the top of each Staff Column.
SMS appointment reminders are integrated and packages can be catered for together with room and equipment allocation. You can pre configure staff hours, lunches and meeting and even track no shows and cancellations. A full suite of business reports is also included.
When making an appointment SALONGENIUS will flag a customer based on certain criteria, e.g. if client has not showed for last appointment, if mobile number is missing etc. This is useful for maintaining Client Data Quality which is essential to your business. See Marketing
