Loyalty Schemes are a proven method of improving new and existing Client Retentiion. When introduced by the Tesco Supermarket Chain, turnover increased by 28% in the first year. As well as the advertising benefits gained by issuing loyalty cards to your clients, SALONGENIUS will automatically award points based on what they spend in the salon. Upon reaching set levels, points can be used as payment for services/treatments received or redeemed against gifts
New Advanced Settings
Bonus Points can be automatically awarded based on a number of criteria
Bonuses can be awarded upon a client reaching a set number of visits to the salon or reaching a predetermined spend threshold.
A Bonus can be awarded based on the time a client visits the salon e.g ‘Early Bird Bonus’
A Points Bonus can be automatically awarded to Clients who visit within a set period either side of their birthday
Bonus points are automatically awarded when a client has as particular service, treatment, course or package or purchases a particular retail product (s)
Award double or treble points for a set period of time
Loyalty Gifts may be redeemed based on the Clients level of loyalty points
