We have a dedicated 1st Line Support Hotline for all Hardware and Software issues. The use of remote access software allows our dedicated team of support engineers to fully support your business. Software upgrades can be performed outside of salon hours to ensure no disruption to your business.

Remote Backup
SALONGENIUS uses a remote backup system which takes a snapshot of your data at scheduled times during the day, generally every 2-3hrs to ensure no loss of data in the event of total hardware crash; this is backed up to a secure remote server ensuring the safety of your data at all times. SALONGENIUS constantly monitors this service.
